Utility Billing DivisionThe function of the Utility Billing Department is to provide the citizens of DeSoto with prompt and courteous customer service while maintaining an accurate and efficient water billing system. The department provides water and sewer customer service to the citizens of DeSoto, and prepares bills monthly. The Customer Service Department is located inside the DeSoto Town Center.

Water maintenance DivisionThe Maintenance division is responsible for the delivery of water to our customers through 200+ miles of water mains throughout the City. It also transmits wastewater to the Trinity River Authority's wastewater treatment facilities in Ferris and Red Oak.
