Mayor's Quarterly Meetings
The Mayor holds quarterly meetings with Homeowners’ Association representatives to discuss community issues. These meetings also provide a forum for citizens to share information with the Mayor. Representatives can be kept abreast of upcoming improvement projects in the City and get pertinent information on a quarterly basis with these regularly scheduled meetings. The intent and the result of the Mayor’s Quarterly Meetings is 360-degree communication. Many thanks to all HOA representatives to participate in these important information forums.

The Mayor's 360 Quarterly Meetings are held quarterly and begin at 6:30 p.m. at 211 E. Pleasant Run Road. On Thursday, April 4, 2024, the Mayor's 360 meeting was held at the Jim Baugh Government Center, in the Council Chambers. The Mayor's 360 Quarterly Meetings for 2024 will be held on:
