Welcome to Frost Farms Homeowners Association

Frost Farms is a quiet serene prestigious DeSoto neighborhood nestled among a forest of mature trees, minutes south of Dallas, Texas. It is located in Dallas County, south of I-20, east of Highway 67, west of Hampton, and north of Beltline Road. Our school system is the DeSoto ISD.

Each of the 84 well-manicured homes is over 3,000 square feet and sits on an average lot size of two wooded acres or more. The residents come from various professional arenas - doctors, lawyers, legislators, entrepreneurs, ministers, civil servants, celebrity sports personalities and many more - and are dedicated to maintaining this quaint community - known as the "southernmost best kept secret - a diamond in the rough".

Welcome NEW Board Members elected December 2022!

The Board of Directors is made up of seven residents of Frost Farms. Each member of the Board volunteers for a one-year term or more. However, at least three members are asked to remain an additional year for organizational continuity, making a typical service for each director two consecutive years. We encourage homeowners to volunteer to serve and we welcome input and fresh ideas.
