4th Quarter Update
September 2022

The Tree Mitigation Ordinance was approved by City Council in Q1 of FY 2022. A link to the Tree Mitigation Ordinance has been placed on the Planning & Zoning webpage. Additionally, the City mailed out informational postcards to property owners of undeveloped sites of three or more acres to make them aware of the Tree Mitigation Ordinance.
