4th Quarter Update September 2022
Staff has identified two properties, one City-owned and one privately-owned, that are good candidates for additional park locations. These properties are located in the general area west of Hampton Road. Staff continues to explore land acquisition options for the identified privately-owned property. Due to the nature of purchasing land, these discussions will be ongoing throughout FY 2023.
