4th Quarter Update
September 2022

The City Council approved a contract with AECOM in May 2023 for the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Update project. Since that time, the vendor has been working with City staff to complete the current conditions assessment and conducted community engagement/outreach meetings in early November. The eight chapters of the Plan Update will continue to be developed with resident, Council, and staff participation through the summer of 2023 when the plan is expected to be presented to the City Council. In Q4, the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee was created to provide additional resident and business input to AECOM and City staff throughout this project.
