Water Utilities COVID-19 Information & Updates

To protect the health and safety of our residents and our staff, the city leadership/Interim City Manager has made the decision to implement a restriction of public access to our/Public Utilities office . The health and safety of our staff is paramount to our ability to perform optimally, therefore this contingency policy will ensure we are able to continue serving you to the best of our ability.

We are still operational, and our staff is available to assist customers, answering questions, or establishing flexible payment plans regarding water accounts via telephone, mail or email correspondence.

Even though the Utility Billing window is closed to the public, we are still providing service to our customers.  Water bill payments can be made online at the link below or via the automated phone system by dialing 855-748-6063. Water customers can also dial 972-230-9627 to speak with a Utility Billing representative during normal business hours for general water account information.
