Wireless Printing

The library now offers wireless printing services. You can now print from your home desktop or laptop computer using the library's mobile print link. You can also download the PrinterOn app and print from your smart device. If you have any questions, please ask a librarian for assistance.

Multiple Wireless Print Methods Available


Submit documents for printing in one of three ways:

1. Web Upload - Upload documents via the web at https://www.printeron.net/dpl/pleasantrun

2. Email Printing - Simply send an email with the file you want printed as an attachment to one of following email addresses

For black & white prints ($.10 per page): 909880962@printspots.com or

For color prints ($.50 per page): 423429557@printspots.com or

3. Mobile Apps - Mobile printing apps for iOS and Android provide simple search and print workflows

After installing the PrinterOn app, you may scan the following QR codes to quickly access the DeSoto Public Library printer that you wish to use:

Print Preview
The print preview feature of the iPhone printing app lets you view your document before submitting it for printing making sure it is exactly what you want before hitting the print button. Choose which pages you want to print and how many copies you need.

Confirmation
After previewing your print job, you will receive a confirmation notice letting you know that the job was successfully received by the library printer. You may then proceed to the print release terminal, enter the e-mail address you entered when submitting your job, then pay for and print your job.

Cost per page:
Letter - Black & White = $0.10
Letter - Color = $0.50
