Hampton Meadows is a beautiful community made up of less than 150 lots. Hampton Meadows subdivision feature rear and side entry homes, great interior finishes and is a private neighborhood with easy access to I-35E. A greenbelt backs one side of the community, and grocery stores, shopping and restaurants are nearby. Children attend the Desoto ISD.

The Hampton Meadows HOA is mandatory and was originally formed in 2012. This association exists to help preserve property values through architectural controls, design guidelines and deed restrictions. Additionally, the association provides for the maintenance of common areas and community facilities through the collection of assessments.
