The Elerson Trace Park neighborhood is located south of Beltline Road (FM 1382) and east of Elerson Road.  This subdivision consists of 44 beautiful one and two-story homes.  A diverse neighborhood Elerson Trace Park has been in existence since 2019 and is a mandatory Home Owners Association.  This HOA is under the direction of a 3-member Board of Directors.
